Because we are working with local and small businesses in Africa, please allow between one week for your order to ship out. All shipping confirmations will go out within 5-7 days. Please note that delivery is dependent on the location. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation after 7 days, please email us at email@example.com to review the status of your order.
All items will ship out from the USA. We provide flat rate shipping for $5.99 on orders below $100.

We want you to be 100% delighted by your purchase. Due to hygiene purposes, we may not be able to accept returns on some items. We will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund within 5 days of delivery date.
All orders are carefully inspected for damages before shipment. Should you receive any faulty item please send us an email within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will be more than happy to assist you. Refunds will be made in the form of a gift card to our store.
Although we do not charge any return or restocking fees, we are not responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you return your merchandise with our prepaid shipping label, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your return.
Please note: We reserve the right to send back any product with visible signs of wear. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
Refunds are provided as a gift card for the purchase price of the item, including sales tax, and will be issued within 3 days of us receiving the return. Original shipping charges are not refunded as part of your return, unless the item is being returned due to being damaged, defective or incorrect.
